All photographs of models and escorts listed on the Aana Lee site are adults and are at least 18 years of age. The client must be at least 18 years of age to utilize the service. The client shall be aware of all laws, ordinances statutes for Duval county, as well as applicable Florida laws, state statutes, federal laws, federal statutes and will follow all laws. The client, will be responsible to make his or her self aware of all applicable ordinances and laws that relate to adult entertainment, escort, and related services and agree to follow any and all laws and ordinances that are involved. The client shall complete a service agreement and sign receipt of the notice of unlawful acts. The client shall pay for any and all expenses associated with any on site or off site locations, services and activities.

The client shall pay all fees and charges to the escort before services begin. All fees and charges must be paid in full within five minutes of the escort arrival. The client shall not give or receive any personal or business contact information including but not limited to phone numbers, email addresses, twitter, etc. If the client provides or receives any contact information as described above, then the client shall be responsible to pay Aana Lee monies for a "buy out" in the amount of $300. The client shall not undertake any action that may result in a business disruption to Aana Lee.

The Notice of Unlawful Acts

  1. It shall be unlawful for an escort to encourage, suffer or permit a customer to expose or display his or her (the customer's) specified anatomical areas.
  2. It shall be unlawful for an escort to suggest or imply that a customer should or is permitted to expose his or her ( the customer's) specified anatomical areas.
  3. It shall be unlawful for an escort to expose or display his or her( the escort's) specified anatomical areas at any time the escort is in the presence of the customer. It shall be unlawful for an escort to expose or display his or her ( the escort's) specified anatomical areas except within a licensed adult entertainment establishment. It shall be unlawful for an escort to straddle a customer.
  4. It shall be unlawful for any escort to intentionally touch the clothed or unclothed body of a customer at any point below the waist and above the knee of the customer.
  5. It shall be unlawful for any escort to suffer or permit a customer to touch the clothed or unclothed body of an escort at any point below the waist or above the knee of the escort.
  6. It shall be unlawful for any escort to touch the clothed or unclothed breast of any customer or patron.
  7. It shall be unlawful for any escort to suffer or permit a customer or patron to touch the clothed or unclothed breast of an escort.
  8. No escort shall accept any tip or other compensation from a customer or patron unless that amount is the amount the customer is told will be charged before the service begins.
  9. It shall be unlawful for a customer or patron of an escort to suffer or permit the escort to violate any of the above. It shall be unlawful for a customer or patron of an escort to encourage or solicit an escort to violate any of the above.
  10. Any violation of the service agreement or notice of unlawful acts will result in an immediate termination of the service without refund. Irrational and/or inadequate behavior displayed by client will not be tolerated while escort is performing services.
  11. The escort and escort service reserves the right to terminate services at any time for any reason. Once fees have been collected there is absolutely no refunds for any reason. If the client cancels before the service fee has been collected then the client is responsible to pay a $40 cancellation fee.

 

MODIFICATIONS TO THIS AGREEMENT

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change, modify or otherwise alter these terms and conditions at any time. Such modifications shall become effective immediately upon the posting thereof. You must review this agreement on a regular basis to keep yourself apprised of any changes. GENERAL INFORMATION

The terms of use constitute the entire agreement between you and Aana Lee and govern your use of the Service, superceding any prior agreements between you and Aana Lee. The terms of use and the relationship between you and Aana Lee shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You and Aana Lee agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located within the county of Jacksonville, Florida. If any provision of the terms of use is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of the terms of use remain in full force and effect. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of the Service or the terms of use must be filed within one (1) year after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.

YOU FURTHER AGREE THAT IT IS THE COMPLETE AND EXCLUSIVE STATEMENT OF THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND AANA LEE, WHICH SUPERSEDES ANY PROPOSAL OR PRIOR AGREEMENT, ORAL OR WRITTEN, AND ANY OTHER COMMUNICATION BETWEEN YOU AND AANA LEE RELATING TO THE SUBJECT OF THIS AGREEMENT. The client acknowledge and agrees that he or she has taken all necessary steps to have a clear understanding of all parts of the terms and conditions. The client agrees that Aana Lee is not liable for any personal injury, property damage, accidental mishaps, negligence, cancellations, inadequate service, "bait n switch" or replacement escorts, video, photographic images or any other issues that may arise before, during or after Aana Lee services are performed.
